When I was 18, I spent time in a village in central Turkey. I bought this cassette and was immeditately in love with this mysterious music. But it got lost. Today, 25 years after, I suddenly recall the name of this song (though I can't speak Turkish at all), search it through Youtube, and here it is !

guadalajara4848 I‘m so happy to read this! This kind of „Music“ is called ,,Deyiş” it reveals a little insight into the Alevi faith culture. @Eric Fraiture First of all sorry for delay Eric and merci for your interest! i wish I could translate this words of passion and the love to human being but my English is not so very well to translate this difficult and deep meaning words. What I can say to you is that some words are describe the love to human being, the love to god also to be a good human to should stay away from malice and treat each other with love. At the center of every “Deyiş” is the human being and the passion to the almighty. Moreover, they remember to be a good person and to follow the right way to be integrity (İnsan-ı kamil). many and kind regards ahmet :)

G’day brother. I loved reading this comment. At the moment i just finished a bottle of turkish raki started pouring from the next bottle. Turned this music on and came across with your comment. These songs are our democracy and freedom. Keep that cassette you have because we dont come across with saz players like this. That cassette will worth a lot later. Love from Australia/Melbourne
